베드로전서 1:13

그러므로 너희 마음의 허리를 동이고 

근신하여 예수 그리스도께서 나타나실 때에 

너희에게 가져다주실 은혜를 온전히 바랄지어다

베드로전서 2:21

이를 위하여 너희가 부르심을 받았으니 

그리스도도 너희를 위하여 고난을 받으사 

너희에게 본을 끼쳐 

그 자취를 따라오게 하려 하셨느니라

베드로전서 4:13

오히려 너희가 그리스도의 고난에 참여하는 것으로 

즐거워하라 이는 그의 영광을 나타내실 때에 

너희로 즐거워하고 기뻐하게 하려 함이라

베드로후서 1:5~7

그러므로 너희가 더욱 힘써 너희 믿음에 덕을, 

덕에 지식을, 지식에 절제를, 절제에 인내를, 

인내에 경건을, 경건에 형제 우애를, 

형제 우애에 사랑을 더하라

유다서 1:21

하나님의 사랑 안에서 자신을 지키며 영생에 이르도록 

우리 주 예수 그리스도의 긍휼을 기다리라

1 Peter 1:13

Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 

1 Peter 2:21

For you have been called for this purpose, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you would follow in His steps.

1 Peter 4:13

But to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that at the revelation of His glory you may also rejoice and be overjoyed. 

2 Peter 1:5~7

Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. 

Jude 1:21

keep yourselves in the love of God, looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.
